Yo Andra! I am so glad you got some use out of my lamb recipe. It is one of my favorite dishes to prepare and eat and I can say this without ego...it is the best lamb I have ever had. I rarely eat lamb in restaurants because it just never measures up to this recipe. If you like game be sure to check back to the site in the next days. I will soon be posting my Christmas Venison recipe. It's super nice, mild, tender and very easy to make...much less preparation than the lamb. Keep it light!! Chef Ceeeee

Hi Stefan. Sorry it took me so long to reply to your question. I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and you can purchase that at nearly any health food store. Some grocery stores carry it as well. Glad you like the dressing. It is my favorite!

Oh to do a 6-day intensive! I've been a recovering compulsive overeater for years and lately not-so-recovered. I have good days and bad, make good choices and bad. But to see these women dig right down to the roots of the evil was awe-inspiring.
I am hoping to begin a cleansing with food with some of Chef C's recipes. I am hoping to find that path to joy.
Thanks Chef C!

Ava...glad to hear you are not doing that crazy carb-less deal...Carbohydrates are very important for good health. The problem is we are eating carbs that have lost all the vitality-nutrients are taken out and replaced with artificial ingredients etc. We need carbs for healthy brain function and energy. Stick to whole grain foods eaten in the right portion and you won't have to worry. I am glad you are enjoying the recipes. Stay in touch and let me know if I can help.
