Greetings friends, Happy Labor Day and whewwww…thank goodness it’s September. It has been a blistering summer here on the Southeast coast, even though my head has been down into the cooling swirl of the frozen yogurt spilling out of my new little venture, I have been sweating my bouys off since May. Now that we are back into the months with the letter “r”, we can once again feel good about indulging is some of the most sumptuous treats from the sea; shellfish!
