    Hi Stefan. Sorry it took me so long to reply to your question. I use Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar and you can purchase that at nearly any health food store. Some grocery stores carry it as well. Glad you like the dressing. It is my favorite!

Fred’s Creamy Apple Cider Vinaigrette

This is my favorite salad dressing of all time and I am delighted to share it with you.   Make is a staple and enjoy raw veggies of all kinds dashed with this super tasting super food combination.

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar

½ cup filtered water

1 cup canola oil (can substitute 1/2 cup hemp oil with 1/2 cup safflower)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

¼ cup raw unpasteurized honey (the creamy stuff is best)

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 large clove garlic, smashed

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

½ teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon Maca powder (optional, helps emulsify the dressing)

PREPARATION:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on high speed for 2 minutes
  • Chill in glass or plastic
  • Shake well before using

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
